Delivery policy

SUPERWOOD VIETNAM JOINT STOCK COMPANY supports customers with nationwide delivery services. Due to the heavy and bulky nature of our products, we will charge a delivery fee for all quantities. We use PROFESSIONAL SHIPPING SERVICES to ensure customer satisfaction.

DELIVERY TIME:

- Delivery time will be 2-6 days depending on the shipping distance.

- In some objective cases, the company may experience delivery delays due to unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather, unfavorable traffic conditions, vehicle breakdowns during delivery, or problems during the shipping process.

- During the waiting period for delivery, if you have any questions about shipping information, please contact our Hotline for assistance.

RESPONSIBILITY FOR GOODS DURING TRANSPORTATION

- The company will be responsible for the goods and any risks such as loss or damage to the goods during transportation from our warehouse to you.

- You are responsible for inspecting the goods upon receipt. If you discover damaged, broken, or incorrect goods, please sign a confirmation of the goods' condition with the delivery staff and immediately notify the Customer Service Department via the company's hotline.

- After you have signed for the goods without noting any issues or comments, the company will not be responsible for any subsequent requests for exchange or return due to damage, incorrect goods, etc.

- If you choose your own transportation service, you will be responsible for the goods and any risks such as loss or damage to the goods during transportation from our warehouse to you. Customers will be responsible for shipping costs and related losses.

OTHER CONDITIONS

- The company will only deliver goods to the recipient registered by the customer during the purchase process. If there is an unclear change in the recipient during delivery, we reserve the right to refuse delivery and require the customer to pick up the goods at the company's sales location.

- If the delivery address is unclear, located in narrow alleys, or in dangerous areas, mountainous regions, or areas with difficult transportation access, we reserve the right to refuse direct delivery.

- In cases of force majeure, such as natural disasters, floods, damaged bridges or ferries, etc., we are not responsible for compensating for damages arising from delayed delivery or failure to transport goods to the agreed-upon location.

- If we have delivered the goods to the agreed-upon location, but for some reason the customer requests a return, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs as per company regulations.

- During special days or holidays when traffic is restricted (road closures for certain vehicles, etc.), delivery times may change. We will contact the customer by phone to agree on a new delivery time.
